Our Offerings

This season we’re planting various types of microgreens, lettuces, and garden vegetables. Follow us on Instagram for updates on weekly harvests!

  • A fresh patch of pea shoots

    Pea Shoots

Pea shoots have a delicate crisp that make them a wonderful addition to pizzas, stir-fries, sandwiches, and wraps. These greens have a light and refreshing pea flavor.

Pea shoots are also high in fiber, protein, and antioxidents. A single serving provides 267% of the recommended allowance of vitamin K.

  • A handful of sunflower microgreens. These broad leaves are soft and nutty, and the stems have a refreshing snap.

    Sunflower

Sunflower leaves are soft and nutty with a refreshing snap. They’re perfect as a salad or wrap mix-in. I like to add them to tuna salad or guacamole for a bit of crunch!

Sunflower greens are rich in antioxidents as well as vitamins A, B, D, E. This microgreen boosts immunity, weight loss, skin health, and inflammation and disease control.

  • Red Cabbage

This green is spicy and bold. It’s a nice addition to spicy marinaras, chilis, hearty stews, curries, and tacos.

This cruciferous green has powerful disease-fighting properties, and is currently being studied for its ability to reduce amyloid plaque, a contributor to Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. These greens also contain powerful cancer-fighting properties.
